TRAVELING WITH CABIN LUGGAGE: TIPS AND TRICKS

Traveling with a cabin suitcase requires you to be creative and make use of your space! We often end up squeezing all our clothes and toiletries together until our zipper tears, but this is not what we want to happen... What should you take into account when traveling with a travel bag? Here are six very important tips.

Examine the airline's restrictions.

The same cabin luggage dimensions are not accepted by all airlines. Some airlines accept 55x40x20cm dimensions, while others only accept 40x30x20cm dimensions. All airlines are free to use their own specifications. Check these dimensions before you leave to save yourself a lot of stress!

Select the appropriate cabin luggage for your trip.

When traveling with a luggage bag, you want easy access to your belongings both at the airport and on the plane. Our Aero Racer suitcase is ideal for business trips because it has a dedicated front pocket for storing your laptop. Our Airbeat suitcase has several compartments in the front where you can store your laptop or other travel documents. You won't have to open your entire suitcase while traveling this way!

Inquire about the hotel's amenities.

Don't plan on having toiletries or beauty products that you know you'll have in your hotel room. It's pointless to bring a hairdryer or soap when they're already in your hotel room. You may believe that "my shampoo is the best," but some hotels already provide high-quality in-room beauty amenities!

On the plane, add some layers.

It is best not to pack bulky clothing in your suitcase. Heavy sweaters, boots, and winter jackets are some examples. You can always remove them after the security check is completed. Wear them on the plane to save space in your carry-on.

Create outfit combinations

Forget about bringing "just in case" clothing. It's better to pack some basics that match all of your trousers than to pack three different outfits with non-interchangeable clothes. Choose outfits that complement one another. We recommend bringing two of each type of clothing! Bring two t-shirts, two pairs of pants, and two cardigans. Result? 12 outfits from only 6 pieces! If shopping isn't on your holiday to-do list, and you don't intend to buy extra clothes, 3 is the magic number: 3 t-shirts, 3 trousers, and 3 cardigans. Then you'll have 18 outfits from just 9 pieces of clothing!

Also, choose clothes that can be worn for multiple purposes! Pack clothes that aren't too trendy, but also aren't too basic, so you don't feel over- or under-dressed. Another piece of advice: know what you're wearing! You probably think to yourself, "I haven't worn this in a long time, I'll wear it on vacation," but you're still likely to choose the trousers that fit the best. Comfort is essential!

Use the proper packing method.

The manner in which you fold your clothes is also very important. You probably put your clothes straight from your closet into your suitcase, but there is another option. Rolling your clothes saves space while also preventing creases. Put them at the bottom of your bag as well, so you can store folded items above.

Pack your liquids again.

Airlines only allow 100ml liquid bottles. If you take more than that amount, you will be required to discard your bottles at the security checkpoint. You should avoid these situations by purchasing small plastic travel bottles designed specifically for transporting liquids on a plane. You can find them online or in a nearby store.
